Ruben and Fidi first crossed paths in 2012 while managing exploration projects in East Texas. Despite their different career timelines, both began in the field, working in the trenches and learning the intricacies of the industry from the ground up. Over time, their shared commitment to professionalism, technical excellence, and collaboration created a foundation of mutual respect and trust.

With experience spanning from field operations, engineering consulting, and serving as a subject matter expert for a major developer, he has made a lasting impact on notable upstream and midstream reservoirs, solution mining, caverns and CCUS projects. His expertise extends beyond the U.S. and the Texas Gulf Coast, tackling complex challenges with practical, results-driven solutions. Known for his transparency and strategic approach, Ruben has earned the trust of operators, subcontractors, and industry peers alike.
With a 30-year career marked by excellence, Fidi has been a driving force in upstream and midstream drilling, workover operations, underground storage, and reservoir management. He has led projects across multiple states, diverse basins, and offshore in the Gulf of Mexico, bringing a hands-on approach to every endeavor. Committed to safety and compliance, he ensures every project not only meets but exceeds regulatory standards. His expertise spans from oil/gas, cavern wells, gas storage, and CCUS, while his leadership fosters teamwork and operational efficiency at every level.
